BREAKING NEWS: TINY GHOSTS FINALLY FIND A HOUSE OF THEIR OWN
A pumpkin, a fireplace, and a tea set smaller than a pea. What more could a ghost ask for?
There is good news from the tiny ghost community this morning: after a period of uncertainty, three little ghosts have finally found a place to call home. The property in question? A freshly fired pumpkin house, complete with a cosy little interior, a fireplace, and a tea table set for three.
“I think we can safely say they’re delighted,” reports our correspondent at the studio, who has been keeping a close eye on developments. “Although, to be fair, it’s rather difficult to read the expressions of creatures whose faces consist of two small round eyes.”
The house comes with some rather impressive amenities. Most notably, a miniature tea set so tiny that its cups are smaller than a grain of rice. Their exact dimensions remain difficult to verify without specialist equipment, but a friendly sparrow confirms that at least one prolonged inspection was required to establish that they were, in fact, cups — and not crumbs.
The ghosts are reportedly planning their first tea party. Invitations have yet to be issued, and sources close to the residents suggest the guest list may be limited by the available seating.
Meanwhile, three tiny pumpkins have also been spotted on the scene, one for each ghost. For now, they’re part of the house’s autumn décor. However, informed sources confirm that they could have other ambitions, including becoming earrings, a necklace, or a little pin. No official statement has been issued by the pumpkins themselves.
October seems like a good time to embrace the little oddities that make life more interesting. Sometimes, following a silly idea leads somewhere unexpected — even if that somewhere happens to be a pumpkin with a fireplace and a tea set. I’ll keep you updated as the tea party develops. In the meantime, let's wish the new residents a very happy housewarming.
